💼 About This Role

You'll partner with technology leaders to navigate employee relations, organisational design, and workforce planning, driving people strategy that impacts business performance. You'll proactively identify people risks and opportunities in a fast-moving scaling environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Partner with leaders on employee relations and complex ER cases
  • Provide strategic guidance on organisational design and workforce planning
  • Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to exits
  • Use people data to identify patterns and drive improvement plans

📋 Requirements

  • 7 years experience in a people-related role as an HRBP/People Partner
  • Strong relationship-building skills across teams and levels
  • UK employee relations expertise including performance, conduct, grievance
  • Ability to juggle multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
