You'll serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers using the RACC platform, troubleshooting issues and maintaining strong relationships. You'll monitor platform health and resolve customer-impacting problems using SIP logs and internal tools. This role offers hybrid work in the Chicago area with clear career growth.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Serve as primary daily technical contact for assigned customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive outreach
- Troubleshoot call routing and platform issues using SIP logs and CDRs
- Document troubleshooting steps and operational procedures in Confluence/Jira
📋 Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in technical support or customer-facing technical role
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in telecommunications, VoIP, SIP, or contact center technologies
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
- Experience with cloud contact center platforms like Genesys or Five9
