💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise customers using the RACC platform, troubleshooting issues and maintaining strong relationships. You'll monitor platform health and resolve customer-impacting problems using SIP logs and internal tools. This role offers hybrid work in the Chicago area with clear career growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Serve as primary daily technical contact for assigned customer accounts
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive outreach
  • Troubleshoot call routing and platform issues using SIP logs and CDRs
  • Document troubleshooting steps and operational procedures in Confluence/Jira

📋 Requirements

  • 1+ year of experience in technical support or customer-facing technical role
  • Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in telecommunications, VoIP, SIP, or contact center technologies
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Experience with cloud contact center platforms like Genesys or Five9
