💼 About This Role

You'll provide 1:1 ABA therapy to students in school settings, collaborating with educators and families. Your work directly helps students with autism develop communication, social, and self-regulation skills. This role follows the school calendar and offers consistent weekday hours.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement behavior intervention plans in school settings.
• Collect data on student progress and behaviors.
• Support communication, social, and self-care skill development.
• Collaborate with school teams on behavioral strategies.

📋 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year work experience in ABA or Behavior Technician role.
• First aid/CPR certification or ability to obtain.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel between sites.
