Description

As a Maintenance Technician II, you will independently handle work orders, assist with preventative maintenance, and support day-to-day upkeep of the community. You'll work alongside a supportive team to ensure a clean, well-maintained environment for residents.

Requirements

• High School or GED equivalent
• Two years of apartment maintenance experience preferred
• Valid Driver's License
• EPA/HVAC certification
• CPO certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and perform maintenance and repairs in a timely manner
• Complete preventative maintenance according to company guidelines
• Restore vacant apartments to make-ready status
• Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning
• Participate in on-call emergency service rotation
