💼 About This Role

You'll be the face and heartbeat of ElevenLabs' London office, serving as the go-to person for the UK team and driving office culture. You'll keep daily operations running smoothly and support the launch of a new building in the West End.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary point of contact for local team and new joiners.
• Manage daily logistics including post, communal areas, and vendor coordination.
• Drive office culture through snacks, team lunches, and social rituals.
• Support on-site events like AI hackathons and evening meetups.

📋 Requirements

• Based in London, able to be in the office 5 days a week.
• Strong operational expertise in managing day-to-day office operations.
• Experience as primary contact for building management and vendors.
• Ability to communicate with senior executives down to vendors and guests.
