💼 About This Role

You'll manage and grow a portfolio of French-speaking customers for JumpCloud's unified open directory platform. Your primary focus is securing renewals and driving expansion revenue by building strong relationships with IT leaders. This role requires operational discipline and the ability to represent the French market internally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage full commercial lifecycle for your portfolio of accounts
• Secure renewals and drive expansion revenue
• Cross-sell new JumpCloud features to IT and Security leaders
• Maintain accurate forecasts and manage pipeline health

📋 Requirements

• Native or bilingual fluency in French and English
• Prior experience in a sales or account management role in French markets
• History of negotiating contracts and exceeding revenue targets in SaaS/Tech

• Ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
