• Build, lead and hire a high-caliber software engineering team
• Design, develop, test, and scale consumer product features
• Set team objectives aligned with business goals
• Collaborate closely with Product Management on solutions

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in people management responsibilities
• Experience as a software engineer with deep empathy for engineering
• Experience with Ruby, React Native, Distributed Systems, AWS
• Ability to motivate a team through aggressive schedules
