You'll manage enterprise relationships for Orbital Copilot, an AI assistant for commercial real estate law. You'll act as a strategic partner to top law firms, driving renewals and expansion while helping scale the US Customer Success function. This role offers $60M Series B funding and direct impact on US market growth.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion for high-profile accounts
- Conduct executive-level business reviews and strategic sessions
- Proactively manage account health and identify expansion opportunities
- Develop scalable playbooks and support US CS team growth
📋 Requirements
- 5+ years in Customer Success or strategic SaaS account ownership
- Experience managing enterprise customers
- Proven ability to drive renewals and expansions
- Willingness to travel regularly across the US

- Experience with AI-enabled products or complex workflows
- Exposure to legal tech, commercial real estate, or law firms
