You'll manage enterprise relationships for Orbital Copilot, an AI assistant for commercial real estate law. You'll act as a strategic partner to top law firms, driving renewals and expansion while helping scale the US Customer Success function. This role offers $60M Series B funding and direct impact on US market growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion for high-profile accounts
  • Conduct executive-level business reviews and strategic sessions
  • Proactively manage account health and identify expansion opportunities
  • Develop scalable playbooks and support US CS team growth

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Customer Success or strategic SaaS account ownership
  • Experience managing enterprise customers
  • Proven ability to drive renewals and expansions
  • Willingness to travel regularly across the US

  • Experience with AI-enabled products or complex workflows
  • Exposure to legal tech, commercial real estate, or law firms
