You'll oversee store operations in the absence of management, including opening/closing and supporting team members during peak times. Your role directly impacts customer experience and sales performance at a leading beverage retailer. This position offers leadership exposure in a fast-paced retail environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Open and close the store securely
• Provide excellent customer service and product recommendations
• Assist with inventory management and restocking
• Process cash transactions and maintain accurate tills
• Train new employees on procedures and product knowledge

📋 Requirements

• 1+ years leadership experience in retail, grocery, or equivalent
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
• Basic math skills and proficiency in cash handling
• Ability to lift up to 49 pounds
