You'll ensure platform reliability for financial institution customers by triaging and resolving technical support tickets. You'll collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to drive continuous improvements.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Triage and resolve inbound technical tickets following SLAs
  • Troubleshoot issues end-to-end, reproduce and document findings
  • Escalate effectively to Engineering with high-quality context
  • Write and maintain knowledge base articles and runbooks

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 0โ€“2 years in a customer-facing technical role
  • Strong troubleshooting fundamentals
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Organized and dependable with multiple tickets

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Experience with APIs, webhooks, and tools like Postman/curl
  • Familiarity with auth concepts (SSO/SAML, OAuth/OIDC)
  • Basic SQL skills or exposure to observability tools
