You'll ensure platform reliability for financial institution customers by triaging and resolving technical support tickets. You'll collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to drive continuous improvements.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Triage and resolve inbound technical tickets following SLAs
- Troubleshoot issues end-to-end, reproduce and document findings
- Escalate effectively to Engineering with high-quality context
- Write and maintain knowledge base articles and runbooks
๐ Requirements
- 0โ2 years in a customer-facing technical role
- Strong troubleshooting fundamentals
- Strong written communication skills
- Organized and dependable with multiple tickets
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, and tools like Postman/curl
- Familiarity with auth concepts (SSO/SAML, OAuth/OIDC)
- Basic SQL skills or exposure to observability tools
