You'll lead the safe and reliable operation of Motional's commercial autonomous fleet, managing cross-market performance and driving continuous improvement. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end commercial fleet performance across all active markets
• Standardize operations across multiple geographies while adapting to local conditions
• Provide executive oversight of real-time fleet command and control functions
• Identify and implement operational tools and technologies to improve fleet performance

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of operations leadership in mission-critical, real-time environments
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing multi-site operations
• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Engineering, or related field
• Proven track record of improving complex operational systems at scale
