💼 About This Role

You'll lead complex accounting advisory engagements for FTSE 100, mid-cap, and start-up clients. You'll interact with C-level management and auditors, driving conclusions on complex technical issues. You'll own projects from start to finish and enjoy a hybrid work model.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead client engagement on complex transactions like IPOs and acquisitions
• Serve as subject matter expert on new accounting standards
• Mentor managers and consultants, fostering professional growth
• Drive process improvement projects and implementation of changes

📋 Requirements

• Eight plus years of experience in public accounting or industry accounting/finance
• Undergraduate degree in Accounting (or ACA/ACCA/CPA/MBA with equivalent experience)
• Strong technical skills in IFRS, UK GAAP, and US GAAP
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills for client interaction
