Requirements

Proven leadership in luxury retail management
Strong client relationship and business development skills
Experience with cross-category product environments
Knowledge of luxury market trends and HNWI clientele
Excellent communication and team management abilities

Responsibilities

Achieve annual sales targets and define strategic action plans
Identify new business opportunities to drive traffic and results
Lead by example on the floor as a Sotheby's Ambassador
Manage inventory, expenses, and store presentation standards
Coach, train, and motivate the team with performance reviews
