🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a high-performing commercial sales team.
• Shape and execute regional sales strategy including territory planning.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success.
• Own forecasting, performance metrics, and territory health.

📋 Requirements

• Sales leadership experience in high-growth SaaS or AI/ML companies.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding revenue targets and managing enterprise deals.
• Skills with pipeline tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Ability to translate technical product value into business outcomes.
