Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Minimum one year verifiable work experience or completion of Medical-Surgical clinical rotation in nursing school
• Completion of 75-hour Bayada Home Health Aide Training Program or current PA CNA license
• Reliable and communicative professional
• Commitment to excellent patient care

Responsibilities

• Constant supervision and emergency response
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and use of mechanical lifting devices
• Provide toileting and hygiene assistance
• Support oral feeding and therapy
• Perform home management tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and bed making
