You'll drive sales of IP networking products into the commercial AV landscape across Benelux, building strong relationships with integrators and end customers. You'll be key to growing the NETGEAR AV channel business and delivering consistent quarterly growth.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Proactively build and manage top-tier commercial AV business partners across Benelux
- Identify, recruit, and develop strategic integrators, distributors, and end customers
- Manage and expand distribution channels to build a healthy project pipeline
- Coordinate with internal resources to optimize sales results and customer satisfaction
๐ Requirements
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- 5+ years managing and growing top-tier AV accounts
- Proven sales background in the AV industry with understanding of AV over IP
- Strong relationships with value-added distributors and systems integrators
