You'll own product strategy and execution for residential solar and energy storage solutions at a mission-driven clean energy company. This role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, shaping the roadmap for third-party ownership products and driving platform expansion into new residential models. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions.
π― What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for TPO offerings.
- Drive market expansion into direct-to-consumer and adjacent opportunities.
- Develop pricing strategies and revenue models with Finance.
- Identify customer and partner pain points and design scalable solutions.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, and Go-to-Market teams.
π Requirements
- 5β8+ years of product management experience in technology or energy.
- Deep expertise in residential solar, energy storage, or renewable energy markets.
- Proven experience in pricing strategy, revenue modeling, and financial product design.
- Track record of taking products from concept through scale in partner-led businesses.

- Experience with third-party ownership (TPO) financing products.
- Background in B2B/platform environments with complex ecosystems.
- Familiarity with distributed energy resource management systems.
