Description

You will drive the implementation and maintenance of warehouse management systems (Infios/HighJump and DAI/Dematic) at HelloFresh's Sydney facility, acting as super user and level one support for the warehouse end-user community, while collaborating with a global team to enhance system configurations and integrations.

Requirements

• 1+ years WMS support experience in RF-based distribution, manufacturing, or e-commerce fulfillment
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data reporting
• Fluency in English for local and global collaboration
• Strong operational and technical aptitude with problem-solving mindset
• Valid Australian driver's license

Responsibilities

• Act as super user and level one support for WMS end-users
• Manage system configuration based on operations direction
• Facilitate end user training and assist in SOP documentation
• Participate in requirements definition and technical design of product enhancements
• Coordinate and execute testing activities with global colleagues
