You'll lead the design vision for Dead by Daylight, a top live-service game. You'll own the design roadmap across modes, progression, and systems, ensuring cohesive, player-first execution. This role offers the chance to shape the future of an iconic multiplayer title with over 70 million players.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate with the Senior Creative Director to own the design roadmap.
• Define and communicate design vision for new content and game modes.
• Lead design reviews and make go/no-go decisions on features.
• Mentor and grow the game design team.

📋 Requirements

• Design Director and Game Director experience on a PC/console live multiplayer game.
• Strong expertise in gameplay design, mechanics, systems, and content pacing.
• Track record of creative innovation and data-driven design decisions.
• Understanding of live-service player retention strategies.
