💼 About This Role

You'll own end-to-end execution of a new sports apparel sales channel powered by a proprietary technology platform. Your core impact will be driving revenue conversion, managing customer interactions, and scaling the channel. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Operations, and Customer Delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support customers from product selection through order completion
• Prepare, manage, and convert sales quotes with speed and accuracy
• Validate product availability and order feasibility before payment
• Manage end-to-end order lifecycle from payment to delivery

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Proven track record in launching and scaling new sales channels
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure
• Experience working across sales, technology, and operations
