You'll lead the evaluation, structuring, and negotiation of collaborations with academic and commercial partners at Veracyte, a pioneer in cancer care transformation. Your work will directly shape partnerships that advance molecular diagnostics and improve patient outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead negotiation and structuring of research collaborations with academic institutions
• Oversee alliance management activities post-transaction across academic and commercial relationships
• Manage business relationships and counsel internal and external partners on strategic issues
• Build and maintain centralized royalty tracking system and dashboard

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years business experience or MBA with 10+ years alliance management experience
• Expertise in project management and contract negotiation
• Technical acumen in biology/genomics/NGS and experience in oncology or molecular diagnostics
• Strong track record in managing third-party relationships in life sciences
