🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as Technical Lead Architect and owner of document/record service
• Partner across engineering teams for AI innovation
• Mentor engineers and cultivate engineering excellence
• Collaborate cross-functionally to specify, design, and build features

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software experience architecting complex backend systems
• Leadership across teams driving architectural improvements
• Experience shipping valuable products to production
• Strong cross-team communication and collaboration skills

• Experience leveraging AI tooling to improve execution quality
• Familiarity with TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Temporal
