💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Residential Field Service Managers overseeing solar service subcontractors across the US. You'll drive day-to-day consistency, support team development, and ensure alignment with operational standards in a remote-first environment. This role partners with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient, high-quality service execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and coach RFSMs to meet performance and quality targets
• Conduct regular 1:1s, team syncs, and feedback sessions
• Act as primary escalation point for subcontractor and field issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service delays and gaps

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years in solar operations or field service management
• 2+ years leading or coaching a distributed team
• Residential solar systems and service workflow knowledge
• Comfortable with data analysis and digital tools (CRMs, etc.)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup or high-growth company
• Familiarity with Salesforce, GSuite, Slack
• NABCEP certification or State Electrical Contractor License
