💼 About This Role

You'll provide independent process assurance for safety-critical avionics/electrical systems on our eVTOL programme. You'll ensure DO-178C and DO-254 quality objectives are met through audits and governance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide independent assurance of DO-178C/DO-254 lifecycle compliance.
• Own project SQAP/HPAP activities and certification records.
• Chair lifecycle reviews, audits, and change control boards.
• Support certification liaison with quality evidence for SOI reviews.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Aerospace, Systems, or Software Engineering.
• 8+ years of quality/process assurance for safety-critical airborne HW/SW.
• Strong working knowledge of DO-178C and DO-254.
• Experience writing and assuring planning data (PSAC, SQAP, etc.).

• Familiarity with QMS frameworks (ISO9001 / AS9100).
• Experience in regulated product environments.
