💼 About This Role

You'll join a skilled team repairing and installing compactors, balers, and chutes at customer sites. Your work directly keeps equipment running safely and efficiently. This role offers vendor-exclusive training and a company-provided service vehicle.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols like lockout/tagout and fall protection.
• Repair and replace motors, pumps, cylinders, valves, and other components.
• Fabricate and install chutes, guide rails, and equipment using torches and welding.
• Install and configure trash compactors, cardboard balers, and related equipment.

📋 Requirements

• Strong understanding of industrial safety standards (lockout/tagout, fall protection).
• Experience with hydraulic systems including pumps, cylinders, and valves.
• Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems including high-voltage components.
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record and ability to pass DOT physical.

• Proficiency with torches, cutting tools, and stick welding.
