💼 About This Role

You'll own the full sales cycle for Kira's AI-powered learning platform, closing deals with K–12 and higher education institutions. You'll build relationships with key decision-makers to drive new business and expand existing accounts. This role offers competitive OTE and a dog-friendly office.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Identify and qualify leads in education institutions
  • Build relationships with district and school decision-makers
  • Lead product demos and negotiate contracts

📋 Requirements

  • Proven EdTech sales experience with K-12 or higher education
  • Understanding of district procurement and funding cycles
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience with CRM tools for pipeline management

  • Experience selling to superintendents or CTOs
  • Knowledge of AI in education
