💼 About This Role
You'll own the full sales cycle for Kira's AI-powered learning platform, closing deals with K–12 and higher education institutions. You'll build relationships with key decision-makers to drive new business and expand existing accounts. This role offers competitive OTE and a dog-friendly office.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
- Identify and qualify leads in education institutions
- Build relationships with district and school decision-makers
- Lead product demos and negotiate contracts
📋 Requirements
- Proven EdTech sales experience with K-12 or higher education
- Understanding of district procurement and funding cycles
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience with CRM tools for pipeline management

- Experience selling to superintendents or CTOs
- Knowledge of AI in education
