💼 About This Role

You'll build and lead a Finance & Accounting Center of Excellence in Bangalore, driving scalable global processes for a next-generation sensing technology company. You'll hire a small team, own order-to-cash and procure-to-pay, and collaborate directly with U.S. leadership on month-end close and international consolidation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and lead a 3-5 person Finance & Accounting CoE
• Own global order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes
• Drive month-end close with GL accounting and reconciliations
• Manage international subsidiaries statutory compliance and consolidation

📋 Requirements

• CA (India) qualification is mandatory
• 10-15 years of accounting/finance experience
• Hands-on NetSuite experience
• U.S. GAAP working knowledge

• Experience in top-tier audit/assurance firms
• Experience hiring and developing teams
• Comfortable working U.S. business hours
