Description

You will manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for various product lines, and lead Sales and Operations Planning discussions for Supply Planning. You'll collaborate with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing teams to resolve supply issues and align forecasts with actual demand plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or business field
• 3+ years experience in supply chain or production role in fast-paced manufacturing with complex assemblies
• Complete ownership of a complex value chain coordinating between multiple departments
• Technical expertise to read documentation and understand hardware manufacturing processes
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM (Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day demand signaling, ordering, and inventory for various product lines
• Identify and resolve supply issues by collaborating with Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing
• Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) discussions for Supply Planning on designated product lines
• Work with Business Development and Growth teams to align forecasts with actual demand plans
• Develop and maintain processes within MRP systems and associated master data
