Description

You will lead a team responsible for delivering complex cross-functional programs that enable scalable, compliant, and high-quality servicing experiences. You will set strategy, drive adoption, and ensure measurable business impact by partnering with Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, and vendor teams.

Requirements

• 6+ years in program management or product operations, preferably in large-scale/global operations.
• 2+ years managing teams in fintech or financial services, including scaling in regulated environments.
• Deep expertise in financial regulations (UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, CARD Act, GLBA, UDAAP, GDPR) and dispute management.
• Proven experience leading managers or senior ICs, including coaching and performance management.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or Design Thinking strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own Program Team Performance: Lead cross-functional programs aligned with servicing strategy and OKRs.
• Set Strategic Direction Roadmaps: Define program strategy and oversee execution against KPIs, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead Develop Talent: Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing Operations Enablement team.
• Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance.
• Manage Risk Delivery at Scale: Proactively identify risks and guide data-backed decision-making.
