You'll partner with the Head of IT to drive global IT operations, security programs, and ISO 27001 compliance at a global AI-native consulting firm. Your work directly supports high-profile clients like Arc'teryx and Lululemon in a hybrid-remote team spanning Santiago and global offices. This role uniquely blends IT leadership, security program ownership, and AI management system implementation.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Act as senior technical escalation point for global IT issues
• Operationalize ISO 27001 ISMS including audits and risk assessments
• Manage user accounts across Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and cloud platforms
• Oversee IT operations for employee lifecycle and hardware procurement

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in a senior IT role within a technology company
• Hands-on ISO 27001 ISMS experience including internal audits and risk assessments
• Proven Okta Lifecycle Management and MDM (Jamf Pro) administration
• Experience with compliance automation platform (Vanta, Drata, or similar)

✨ Nice to Have

• ISO 42001 AI Management System experience
• Security certifications like CISSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
• Scripting skills in Bash or Python for IT automation
