💼 About This Role

You'll lead a high-performing team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth for our hospitality sales enablement platform. Your core impact will be developing strategic sales plans and mentoring reps to exceed quotas. This role is remote with potential hybrid, requiring travel to NYC and Denver.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and lead a team of Account Executives to achieve financial targets
• Manage daily activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals
• Support team with executive interactions and customer relationships
• Foster personal development and implement sales best practices

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in a SaaS sales leadership role
• 5+ years of overall SaaS sales experience
• Experience in hospitality and/or selling SaaS to hospitality
• High proficiency in Salesforce CRM reporting and processes

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with business intelligence tools like Outreach, Chorus.ai, and Zoominfo
• Experience delivering sales training programs
• Hands-on experience with sales enablement strategies
