📋 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in Internal Communication or related areas
• End-to-end campaign execution in internal communication
• Experience in high-growth or dynamic environments
• Proficiency in collaboration tools like Slack and Google Workspace

• Intermediate design skills in Canva, Google Slides, or PowerPoint
• Basic knowledge of communication metrics and engagement
