You'll provide dedicated support to the CEO at Nextdoor, managing scheduling, travel, and communications. Your work will keep the CEO's day running smoothly and ensure every interaction with the office is positive. This role offers a hybrid work model and the chance to be a key connector in the Dallas office.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar and resolve scheduling conflicts
  • Coordinate end-to-end travel logistics and detailed itineraries
  • Prepare the CEO for media opportunities and draft communications
  • Support the CEO at internal and external events

📋 Requirements

  • At least 1 year of professional experience in communications, social media, marketing, or operations
  • Exceptional organization and systems mindset
  • Relentless proactivity and ability to anticipate needs
  • Proficiency with AI tools as part of daily workflow
