- Act as subject-matter expert for Bitwarden products
- Guide and train users on features and functionality
- Resolve customer issues and anticipate future problems
- Assist with billing and account management
๐ Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Problem-solving skills to find and communicate solutions
- Previous technical position experience (e.g., SysAdmin, Support Tech)

- Familiarity with Bitwarden apps across platforms
- Experience with Docker, Freshdesk, or CLI
