You'll serve as a Bitwarden product expert, helping users through email support. You'll resolve inquiries swiftly and clearly, ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers the chance to work remotely with a global team.

  • Act as subject-matter expert for Bitwarden products
  • Guide and train users on features and functionality
  • Resolve customer issues and anticipate future problems
  • Assist with billing and account management

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English
  • Problem-solving skills to find and communicate solutions
  • Previous technical position experience (e.g., SysAdmin, Support Tech)

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Bitwarden apps across platforms
  • Experience with Docker, Freshdesk, or CLI
