💼 About This Role

You'll lead post-sale strategy and execution for BetterUp's largest clients, acting as the key relationship steward. You'll ensure end-to-end delivery excellence, design governance, and translate program data into compelling value stories. This IC role offers direct impact on transformational learning experiences.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Build and sustain trusted relationships with client executive stakeholders.
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of the BetterUp experience for strategic clients.
  • Design and run governance mechanisms for visibility and accountability.
  • Drive measurement and value storytelling using participation and outcome data.

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years experience in client delivery or customer success at a B2B tech company.
  • Experience leading post-sale strategy for large, complex enterprise accounts.
  • Executive relationship management skills with C-level stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to design and implement governance frameworks.

  • Experience with coaching, leadership development, or HR technology.
  • Background in organizational psychology or change management.
  • Familiarity with SaaS delivery and cross-functional program management.
