Description

You will serve as the technical point of contact for assigned rocket parts and assemblies, solving manufacturing challenges at suppliers and owning the new product introduction process. You'll conduct design for manufacturing reviews, develop specifications, and drive root cause corrective actions to ensure quality and rate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 1+ years manufacturing/inspection experience
• Understanding of propulsion/fluid system component fabrication
• Experience with engineering drawings, modeling, GD&T
• Knowledge of supplier quality processes (PPAP, APQP, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical point of contact for assigned parts and assemblies
• Own new product introduction and process development at suppliers
• Conduct design for manufacturing (DFM) reviews
• Scope new forming, cutting, and inspection technologies
• Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
