You'll own and grow compensation software for high-impact companies like Linear and Roblox. Core impact: build scalable systems for leveling, cycles, and offers at an inflection-point startup. You'll collaborate in-person in SF 4-5 days/week with a small, fast team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and grow entire product lines end-to-end
• Build scalable features for enterprise customers
• Revamp authorization, customizability, and observability
• Work with GraphQL, React, and Django daily

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of fullstack engineering experience
• Deep experience with Python (Django) and React
• Proven ability to own and ship features autonomously
• Experience scaling B2B SaaS products to thousands of users

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with GraphQL APIs (Strawberry)
• Familiarity with Clerk or Merge integrations
• Exposure to enterprise security and authorization
