Description
As the first line of support for FX operations, you will ensure clients can trade without friction by quickly addressing and routing operational issues. You'll work closely with promoters and internal teams in a fast-paced, real-time environment, with opportunities to grow into senior roles.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- 2+ years in support, operations, or customer-facing roles
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Basic technical understanding (APIs, systems)
- Problem-solving mindset
Responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for FX operational issues from internal teams
- Help clients and teams unblock basic issues (account setup, access, configuration)
- Triage problems and route to appropriate support channels
- Provide context and follow-up on issues until resolved
- Support onboarding and activation flows
