Description

You will design and build production-ready agentic systems that support human decision-making, working hands-on with LLMs, APIs, and workflow orchestration tools to create reliable two-way interactions between agents, humans, and systems. This contract role focuses on establishing strong technical foundations for AI automation at Orium.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for backend services and integrations
• Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier) and AI/LLM-powered systems
• Experience designing system architecture for integration-heavy or distributed systems
• Comfortable with ambiguous problem spaces and defining paths forward
• Strong collaboration skills with product and domain owners

Responsibilities

• Design and implement agentic workflows for two-way human-agent-system interaction
• Build orchestration logic using tools like n8n and event-driven architectures
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions
• Ensure implementations follow trust models, escalation rules, and human-in-the-loop principles
• Design RAG approaches for accurate, up-to-date agent context
