💼 About This Role

You'll lead impactful HR initiatives to elevate employee engagement and organizational resilience for ~120 employees in Professional Services, Marketing, and support functions. You'll partner with centers of expertise to maximize performance and engagement while fostering a culture of learning and growth. This role offers the chance to drive global projects with a supportive team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support quarterly performance reviews for your scope
• Nudge employees into defining personal growth plans
• Coach leadership team on people strategies
• Turn insights into team action plans for performance and retention

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years in HR Leadership roles in France
• Good level in FR employment law
• Excellent coaching abilities and business acumen
• Fluent English (US/UK) and B2 French
