You'll lead impactful HR initiatives to elevate employee engagement and organizational resilience for ~120 employees in Professional Services, Marketing, and support functions. You'll partner with centers of expertise to maximize performance and engagement while fostering a culture of learning and growth. This role offers the chance to drive global projects with a supportive team.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Support quarterly performance reviews for your scope
- Nudge employees into defining personal growth plans
- Coach leadership team on people strategies
- Turn insights into team action plans for performance and retention
📋 Requirements
- 3+ years in HR Leadership roles in France
- Good level in FR employment law
- Excellent coaching abilities and business acumen
- Fluent English (US/UK) and B2 French
