๐ผ About This Role
You'll join BLP Digital, an AI-first SaaS scaleup, to win and grow strategic enterprise accounts. You will own the commercial outcome from pipeline to close by practicing insight-led selling and leading multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles. This role offers uncapped earnings and real ownership in a rapidly scaling company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build and execute territory account plans, target accounts and stakeholders
- Create net-new pipeline through outbound prospecting and partner motion
- Run executive discovery to uncover operational bottlenecks and decision friction
- Own business case, pricing, proposals, negotiation, and closing
๐ Requirements
- 5โ10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS selling experience
- Consistent track record of hitting/exceeding targets
- Proven ability to run insight-led enterprise sales cycles
- Strong executive presence with CFO/CIO/Head of Shared Services
โจ Nice to Have
- ERP/SAP exposure (S/4, ECC, Public/Private Cloud)
- Experience selling automation platforms (workflow/RPA/process mining/IDP)
- Experience with global enterprise rollouts and multi-country stakeholders
