You'll serve as a strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company, driving global GTM operations and ensuring strategic initiatives translate into measurable outcomes across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. This high-leverage role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution during a period of rapid institutional scaling.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Act as strategic partner to CRO, driving high-priority operational initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps.
  • Design and manage core GTM operating model including pipeline reviews, forecasting cycles, QBRs, and leadership offsites.
  • Lead preparation of Board and executive materials, ensuring alignment on complex strategic trade-offs.
  • Own end-to-end execution of critical GTM workstreams such as territory optimization and new market entries.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Strategy, or BizOps in a high-growth GTM environment.
  • Firm grasp of key performance indicators that drive revenue functions.
  • High proficiency in translating complex data sets into actionable strategic insights and executive-level narratives.
  • Exceptional project management skills with ability to architect structure in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Revenue Operations or Sales Operations experience.
  • Deep experience within the SaaS ecosystem supporting high-velocity Go-To-Market organizations.
  • Domain knowledge within the Nonprofit sector.
