Description

You will oversee day-to-day operations of a vehicle reconditioning center, managing up to 70 associates in a lean manufacturing environment. You'll drive continuous improvement, ensure quality and production goals are met, and develop your team through coaching and training.

Requirements

• 5 years of management experience in automotive or lean manufacturing
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
• Experience leading and developing associates
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Inspection Center
• Provide mentoring, accountability, and performance management to direct reports
• Ensure adherence to operating standards, policies, and procedures
• Maintain production capacity and assist with production planning
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and problem-solving
