💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the strategic and operational partner to Alma's president, acting as a second-in-command who extends the president's capacity across strategy, financial governance, and execution. You'll drive the organization's operating rhythm, lead deep-dive analyses, and track critical cross-functional initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary strategic advisor to the President on high-stakes decisions
• Own financial rhythm of the org including budgeting and forecasting
• Drive strategic planning cycles and executive reviews
• Lead deep-dive analyses on business performance
• Track and unblock critical cross-functional initiatives

📋 Requirements

• 8 to 12+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting, product strategy, or business operations
• Financial acumen with budget management and resource allocation experience
• Proven track record of working closely with senior executives
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analysis skills
