Description

You'll provide occupational therapy services in patients' homes, helping them improve functional abilities and independence. You choose your schedule and work locations across Otterbein's senior care settings.

Requirements

• Graduate of ACOTE-accredited OTA program
• Minimum 2 years experience as COTA, home health preferred
• Current Ohio COTA license
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Perform occupational therapy procedures in patient's home
• Assist in evaluation and treatment program development
• Instruct patients in functional activities and body mechanics
• Monitor patient progress and report to supervising OT
• Prepare clinical notes per policies and regulations
