You'll train and support billing teams using Prompt's rehab therapy software, helping them optimize workflows and achieve billing success. You'll be a key part of a customer success team with a Net Promoter Score 81 points above competitors. This role includes a 3-6 month onboarding path to become a full Billing Success Manager.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Train billing teams on best practices for submission, posting, AR, and invoicing.
• Configure and develop workflows within the EMR/PM system for unique team needs.
• Respond to customer inquiries via single-channel support system.
• Analyze billing success metrics using reporting and spreadsheet tools.

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years in medical billing industry
• Experience billing for outpatient physical therapy clinics
• Highly proficient in MS Excel
• Strong technical skills operating various software platforms

• Experience with therapy EMR systems
• Familiarity with billing for outpatient rehab
