🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee daily operations and P&L for Heetch Mali.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage local teams.
• Drive passenger and driver base growth.
• Analyze market trends and report to HQ.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in operations management or strategy consulting.
• 3+ years in team management.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with data-driven approach.
