You'll support the General Counsel at a leading automotive group, handling discovery, corporate transactions, and compliance in a fast-paced industry. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with preparation, review, and organization of legal documents.
• Conduct legal research on multi-state automotive regulations.
• Support litigation efforts, including discovery and case file management.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties on legal matters.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience.
• Paralegal certificate from ABA-approved program or equivalent degree.
• Proficiency in legal research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis).
• Experience in automotive or dealership environment strongly preferred.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Knowledge of motor vehicle laws in FL, VA, NJ, IL, or CA.
• Experience with contract management software (DocuSign, SharePoint).
