Description

You will design and build multi-agent systems with tool use, memory, routing, and planning at Govini, a company transforming Defense Acquisition for the U.S. government. Our flagship product Ark is relied upon by the national security community and all military branches, and our agent Ace is being rapidly adopted across government interfaces. This role focuses on making Ace more effective through scalable tool use, skills, and inter-agent coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Computer Science or related field
• 5+ years designing and deploying production-grade ML or LLM-powered systems
• Advanced Python skills and experience with LLM algorithms
• Hands-on AWS and cloud infrastructure experience
• U.S. Citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Design and build multi-agent systems with tool use, memory, routing, and planning
• Develop Agent Skills and tools as modular, composable services
• Assist with automated evaluation of agents, skills, and prompts across the product lifecycle
• Work with Product and Implementation teams to solve challenging agent application problems
