You'll serve as a technical authority for Okta's UI Platform, defining the multi-year technical strategy across engineering organizations. This role involves resolving the most complex architectural challenges and mentoring senior engineers to multiply their impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and drive the 3–5 year technical vision for UI platform infrastructure.
• Identify and resolve systemic technical issues and architectural debt.
• Serve as final authority on cross-team architectural decisions.
• Mentor Staff and Senior Staff engineers and establish architectural standards.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Expertise in software architecture and implementation with a language like Java, Python, or C++.
• Significant experience with frameworks such as Spring, React.js, or Node.js.
• Strong grasp of software engineering designs for building scalable systems.
